SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders are processed between 3-5 business days. SHOP JADA will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.

SHOP JADA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.
