Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your pieces within 14 days. Only full-priced items are eligible for return. All return items must be unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

To start a return email us at info@shopjada.com, please include your order number in the subject line. Your refund will be issued to the same card or method of payment used at the time of purchase. 

Returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days after arrival.
